Management Staff

Jeannine M. Peterson, MPA, is Chief Executive
Officer of Hamilton. She believes in Hamilton and its
mission. With over 25 years of experience in health care
administration, including eight as a Deputy Secretary of the
Pennsylvania Department of Health, Peterson consistently displays
her commitment to building an organization on the foundation of
integrity, honesty, and equality.

Gloria Martin-Payne is Chief Operating
Officer. She began her public health administration career in
1972, which includes serving as a former Bureau Director for the
Pennsylvania Department of Health. Mrs. Martin-Payne is a
strong advocate for the underserved, demonstrated through her many
years of community commitment.

Board Members

Valerie J. Payne, Board Chairperson has worked tirelessly
to ensure the mission of Hamilton is fulfilled and the
organization remains financially sound. She brings to her duties
a background in accounting, finance and management.

Reverend Earl L. Harris is pastor of St. Paul's
Baptist Church in Harrisburg. He has a background in law and
finance and lends his experience and expertise in law and contracting
to the board.

Elaine Torain, Board Member. She brings a
background in IT and computer-based training and provides the
board with her "cutting edge" expertise.

Robert Little. MD provides medical expertise in
assessing the vision and goals of the Center. He has been an
advocate and supporter of the Center since its early inception.

Michael Harris brings a background in
investment and financing to his board duties that involve reviewing
budgets and financial plans.

Nicol Crosson, MHR, is an HR manager of a
Harrisburg-based nursing care facility and lends her expertise in all
personnel matter.

Brenda Jones, is a state government employee
with over 25 years of experience in management. She is new to
the board and has proven adept at quickly learning the mission of the
Center.

Linda Cammack, works in education and is a
member of the Board of Control for the Harrisburg School
District. A dedicated community servant, she helps monitor the
Center's role and responsibility to the Community.
