Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hamilton Health Center, Inc., a health care center servicing residents in Central Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in our Behavioral Health Unit. This position provides diagnostic assessment for the patient population of HHC, formulating individual treatment as per company protocols, referring to outside Providers as determined.

Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, and current certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, at leave five years of experience in a clinical environment working directly in patient care as a Clinical and/or Social Services worker required. Must be able to establish and maintain nonjudgmental, respectful relationships with clients, peers and other service providers, and communicate respect and empathy for cultural and lifestyle differences. Must be able to establish and maintain harmonious, productive working relationships with Center’s management, physicians, clinicians, and general public. Able to demonstrate accurate, clear, and concise verbal and written communication, documenting confidentiality regulations as required, possessing basic computer skills.  Also, must be able to demonstrate initiative, motivation and autonomy. Must have current updated child abuse clearances bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Purchasing Manager

Hamilton Health Center, Inc., a health care center servicing residents in Central Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting a Purchasing Manager. This position is responsible for providing day to day operational purchasing support for supplies and equipment, as well as maintenance of inventory for the health care clinic.

Incumbent must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work flexible hours, be able to use standard moving equipment (dolly) to receive, disburse and move supplies and equipment.  Must be able to move and lift boxes up to 40 pounds, be able to reach supplies and boxes on shelves higher than four feet in height using standard equipment. Strong customer service focus must be demonstrated with employees, management and vendors.  Encourages and engenders a team concept within the department and with other departments. Also must be able to establish and maintain harmonious, productive working relationships with Center’s management, physicians, clinicians, and general public. Experience with automated inventory and procurement software preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.

Pediatrician

Hamilton Health Center is currently recruiting a Pediatrician to start employment in July/August of 2013.  Successful provider will diagnose and provide full range of pediatric services in an non-ambulatory care center. Must have MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) plus appropriate residency/fellowship training and have (or be eligible for) PA medical license and board certified, and have up to date child abuse clearances.  Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred.

OBGYN Provider

Hamilton Health Center is currently recruiting an OBGYN to start employment immediately.  Successful provider will be responsible for direct specialized clinical patient care and for the Women’s Health Services Department. Provider will ensure and maintain efficient delivery of highest quality healthcare to all clients in the ambulatory, in-patient and primary care setting. Patient care is provided at the Hamilton Health Center location, and surgerical at Pinnacle Health System hospitals (PHS). Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine with a degree of doctor of medicine, and completion of an internship at an approved hospital. Three years of clinical practice after residency preferred.  Must be eligible or in possession of license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Board certified in recognized primary care medical specialty preferred.  Incumbent must complete the corporate credentialing process and be accepted by the local affiliated hospital, have or be eligible for PA medical license, and have up to date child abuse clearances.  Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred.

Part time Maintenance

Hamilton Health Center is currently recruiting a part time (12 to 15 hours a week) Maintenance Handyperson to assist the Facilities Department in meeting the routine needs of the center by providing light hands on maintenance support at all of Hamilton’s facilities in the Harrisburg area. Dental Assistant - Bilingual Spanish speaking

Hamilton Health Center is currently recruiting a Dental Assistant for our growing Dental Department. The successful candidate will provide assistance to Dental Providers with direct patient care at a community based dental center/ and/or school based center under the supervision of the Office Manager – Dental. Patient population includes all age groups with varied dental hygiene history and dental treatments.

Must be a graduate of accredited dental assistant program and be CPR Certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months of job placement. Must have current X-Ray Certification. Must be able to handle moderate physical activity, including handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. At least one years experience preferred. Must be able to work in a community based clinical environment and rotate to School Based setting when required by the Center and satisfactorily pass background screening including child abuse clearance. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. Will work with blood or blood-borne pathogens and will require OSHA training. Bi-Lingual Spanish required. Must be able to work some evening and other extended hours as needed.
