• Case management: We will work with you to develop a realistic and personalized recovery plan based on your goals. 
• Group support: We facilitate group support sessions so you can meet with others in similar situations and share your story. Our Baby Love support group has meetings on Wednesdays.
• Referrals for medication-assisted treatment (MAT): MAT is an effective treatment option for opioid recovery. While we do not offer it at Hamilton Health, we can refer you to the best MAT programs in the Harrisburg area.
